I started out working part-time in 2015 while still in high school. I’ve been a full-time certified home inspector since 2017 performing residential and commercial property inspections, mold inspections, mold remediation, indoor air quality testing and more. I am a certified home inspector through Inspection Certification Associates and InterNACHI, IAC2 Certified and continued training and education through InterNACHI and Inspection Certification Associates, and of course, on the job training through my father Rick Cauthon, who had over 26 years experience.
